Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic 4 Sup - Benidorm

Location is perfect for the beach and old town and the bar area is chill with nice vibes. Room was comfy and clean, felt very welcomed by everyone!

But the food was kinda repetitive and not much variety every day. The evening entertainment could be better as it felt mostly aimed at spanish guests.

We liked the hotel, hot breakfast.

The service offered was excellent, the room was spotless and functional with constant hot water, shower, as for instance.

Simply no complaint, pleasant stay. Relaxing hotel with efficient service and magnificent location close enough to the Benidorm Palace, which was fab and seafront and the 'old town'. Warm breakfast with omelletes.

The hotel was very well located, near the beach, shops and bars. The food was very good and although we were only there for two nights the variety of food was excellent. The public areas were very nice and comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay there. We would have no hesitation in booking the hotel again.

Due to the laminated floor in the corridor,outside our room, we found the noise level i.e footsteps, to be quite noisy.

The hotel staff were attentive. The cleanliness of our room was perfect, and we loved the pool area-a perfect oasis to unwind!

Just a commendable fit for a fleeting moment in Benidorm with reasonable value. The comfy beds helped me sleep well after long days out. Try to get a room away from the noisy entertainment areas to improve your stay.

The location is convenient as regards: The Staff were polite and helpful. The meals were good with a good selection. The beach and main shopping areas are conveniently near to the hotel.

Great location, close to the beach and shops as well as the numerous bars, quiet at night and very comfortable. the food was varied and very well presented. overall we are glad we picked the Diplomatic

good worth of money. The hotel also gives us a ticket of a splendid show in Benidorm Palace, this show is really amazing. And the tickets also free of charge.

Great place with excellent wi-fi, a lovely bar area, and a great fitness centre. I remember during my first stay, the staff even helped me find my lost barrette! I highly recommend relaxing by the outdoor pool. I'll be back for a romantic escape.

Mattress a bit hard for me and sitting up in bed to read somewhat uncomfortable.Umbrellas rather thin on ground in upper pool area

Had a lovely stay with nightly entertainment that included a fantastic violin and piano show. The breakfast spread was really impressive. The outdoor pool and relaxing spa made it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the TV selection could use more UK channels but that didn’t take away from my experience! 😊

Very friendly staff

The only downside,it would have been nice to get a coffee in the early hours of the morning . When we got back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning,after a night out ,the bar was closed.So maybe it would be nice to have a coffee machine in reception
